What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive on time and follow any pre-care instructions provided for your service. In general, come with clean skin on the treatment area, avoid heavy meals right before body services, and disclose any medical conditions, medications, or recent changes so we can keep your treatment safe and effective.

Is there downtime after treatments?

Most of our services have little to no downtime. Some clients may experience temporary redness, warmth, or mild sensitivity depending on the treatment area. If you ever notice an unusual reaction, please contact your technician as soon as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. The first late cancellation or missed appointment may be waived as a one-time courtesy. After a late cancellation or no-show, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost will be required to book future appointments.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our booking link or contact us directly if you need help choosing the right service. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to guide you to the best option for your goals.

How soon will I see results?

Results vary by service and individual goals. Some clients notice changes after the first few sessions, but the best results typically come from completing a full treatment plan and maintaining healthy habits. Your technician can recommend a personalized plan based on your needs.
